SUBSCRIPTIONS

Return Policy
BOOK RETURNS/REFUNDS

You have 30 calendar days to return a book back to Powerful & True, Inc. from the date you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging it was received. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Your item must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Once we have received your item, it will be inspected. We will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund upon inspection of the returned item.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the book and any taxes to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping costs are not refunded.

You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days depending on your credit card company/bank.

If you receive a book that has been damaged in shipping, Powerful & True, Inc. is not liable or responsible and the book is not eligible for a refund. However, you may contact the shipping service and open a case with them.
SERVICE REFUNDS/CANCELATIONS

SERVICE REFUNDS

Coaching packages monthly or paid in full are non-refundable regardless of the number of sessions used.

The Client may temporarily or permanently replace self, transfer or sell the Client coaching package to another party upon approval from Powerful & True, Inc.
SERVICE CANCELATIONS

Either party may cancel the agreed upon coaching package within the first 30 days of services, providing written notice to the other party. After 30 days, the coaching package is not eligible for cancelation.

If Powerful & True, Inc. is unable to complete the coaching package/agreement at any time during the agreement; Powerful & True, Inc. will replace the client's coach with no additional fees. This policy does not include acts of God, or world-wide events that change the economy overnight.
